General Player Conduct

Rebel City RP is not responsible for any items lost if you choose to go AFK. Staff will **not** reimburse items that are lost while you are AFK. Greenzones are not safe zones for leaving your character unattended. If you need to step away from your computer, we recommend going to your apartment and locking the door or flying out until you are able to return. This ensures your character and belongings remain secure while also keeping the roleplay environment fair for everyone.

  • Using firearms in every role-playing scenario is not considered appropriate and can result in consequences for failing to engage in proper roleplay.
  • Your character should always be concerned about the value of his or her life.
  • Interfering with ongoing heists conducted by other parties is not allowed. This is known as breaching and will lead to consequences for your group.
  • Abusing the “/me” command by using phrases that don’t contribute to genuine roleplay is not allowed. Such communication can be expressed through your character’s voice instead.
  • Acting injured is crucial in roleplay. When your character is wounded (on your side), hurt, or killed in a scenario, it’s important to react in a manner that matches the severity of their injuries. This helps maintain the immersion and atmosphere for others in the roleplay community.
  • Robbing or killing hostages is strictly prohibited. Hostages may only be harmed if the police refuse to negotiate or do not meet your reasonable demands.
  • You can not hold someone hostage for more than 30 minutes - if the scene is nearing the end, you may finish it.
  • You can not take the same person hostage more than once in a 24 hour period.
  • Hostages cannot be your friends, as it is considered unrealistic to shoot or hold a friend hostage or at gunpoint in most situations.
  • Engaging in a roleplay that simulates being a hitman or hired killer for the contract is not allowed. Such roleplay can lead to low-effort killings, and any violent interactions or roleplay must have a proper backstory and initiation to avoid being considered low-effort.
