Super Civing

Definition of Super Civ'ing:

Super civ’ing refers to civilian characters acting like gang members without actually being part of an approved gang or faction. This often includes behavior that blurs or crosses the line into gang-level aggression or organization, such as:

  • Constantly engaging in shootouts or robberies as a civilian.
  • Rolling in groups of three or more and acting like a gang crew.
  • Claiming blocks, colors, or territories without being a whitelisted gang.
  • Stockpiling weapons and engaging in coordinated attacks.
  • Provoking or escalating criminal RP beyond what's typical for a standard civilian.

Why It’s a Problem:

  • Breaks immersion: Civs are meant to represent everyday citizens, not warlords.
  • Bypasses gang applications: It undermines the structure of approved faction guidelines.
  • Creates balance issues: Super civs often behave like gangs but without the same rules, limitations, or oversight.

Acceptable Civilian Crime:

It's totally fine for civilians to commit crimes — small-scale robberies, drug dealing, or petty scams are normal in RP. But once it becomes organized, repetitive, and heavily armed, it’s crossing into gang RP and should be done through becoming a faction.
