Reporting Guidelines
To ensure fair play and effective issue resolution, we require all players to provide a 2-minute clip when submitting reports against another player. This also applies to any in-game issues that result in lost items (commonly known as "poofs"). Providing clear clips helps the staff team fully understand the situation and ensures that decisions are made based on solid evidence. Without proper clips, we may not be able to address your report accurately. Clips must include audio from both sides and not be edited in any way.
You must report someone else’s rule-breaking within 12 hours, or it will be considered invalid. You must submit all proof, including any bodycam footage, within this time.
Submitting bodycam footage should be at least two minutes long and capture as many details as possible. Bodycam must include player IDs when applicable. This is to ensure that staff can fully understand the situation. Staff may not take action based on a short clip that does not provide enough context to support the report.
Reporting other individuals intending to retaliate for interactions for issues within the city and outside of character is not allowed. An example of this would be having evidence of someone violating rules and policies in the past and using that evidence to get them in trouble as a form of retaliation. Such behavior is strictly prohibited.
